**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Transformation Leadership**

+ Lead the planning and execution of digital initiatives to modernize operational workflows and enhance customer and employee experience.
+ Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
+ Champion change management and user adoption strategies for new technologies.

**System optimization and governance**

+ Oversee the performance and continuous improvement of core operational systems (e.g., CAS, Alfresco, Synergy, AIS, etc.).
+ Collaborate with IT and external vendors to prioritize and implement system enhancements, ensuring scalability and reliability.
+ Establish and maintain governance frameworks for incident management, and change controls for NBUW department.
