YOUR NEW COMPANY

This prestigious insurance company based in Malaysia is famous for its aspirational and exceptional General Insurance (Non-Motor) coverage. Due to market growth, the company requires a Manager under Agency Development Team, to be based in HQ.

YOUR NEW ROLE

You will be counted on to manage and monitor field agents' sales production and activities, in order to ensure Business Development growth in your designated region. You are also required to attend to enquiries from the Agency by providing solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Minimum 5 years of working experience from General Insurance under Business Development/ Sales Management function

Experienced at managing Agency is a must.
