Manager, North America Procurement

Our client, a financial institution is looking to hire a Manager, North America Procurement team for an initial 12-month contract with a high possibility of extension and conversion. This role is 3 days a week in the office in downtown Toronto.

Sourcing Strategy and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to manage low-to-medium value sourcing projects, including baseline and market analysis, strategy development, and contract negotiations.

Influence business partner requirements to evaluate and select suppliers effectively.

Contract Management: Read, understand, and negotiate supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with legal, risk, and business objectives.

Track contract expirations, manage renewals, and collaborate with legal and drafting teams to finalize documentation.

Procurement Oversight: Provide oversight for sourcing resources and ensure contract archive accuracy.
