Manager (NS Relations & Engagement) - Changi

What the role is

You serve as the primary conduit between NSmen and the larger MINDEF/Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) / Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

What you will be working on

Responsibilities

• Provide support in Human Resource (HR) management (HRM) and HR Administration (HRA) for assigned NSmen within Fleet.
• Address areas of concern that affect assigned NSmen and manage their expectations, trainings and administrative needs.
• Manage timely responses to assigned NSmen's feedback involving representations from Members of Parliament.
• Organise cohesion and engagement events, awards/medal ceremonies and commander dialogues.
• Manage assigned Personnel Support Group NSmen to perform HR Administration tasks.
• Provide timely support to NSmen to minimise disruption to their civilian commitments.
• Represent NSmen when presenting their concerns and issues to senior leadership for follow-up actions.
