Manager ocean imports

Key Responsibilities.
1. End-to-End Import Shipment Control.
Manage the complete ocean import shipment lifecycle from pre-alert receipt until final cargo delivery and job closure.
Coordinate with overseas offices, agents, shipping lines, customs brokers, transporters, CFS operators, and customers.
Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and service agreements.
2. Import Documentation & Manifestation
IGM Management.
Ensure timely filing of Import General Manifest (IGM) through shipping lines and NVOCCs.
Verify manifest data accuracy before submission.
Ensure compliance with Indian Customs regulations.
Manage Direct Master Bill shipments & Consol (HBL) shipments
Verify MBL/HBL data accuracy.
Coordinate manifest filing and amendments.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation before vessel arrival.
3. DPD, CFS & Final Delivery Management
Monitor DPD -CFS and DPD- DPD movements of CNTRS.
