Our Client: a respected cross-border law firm with U.S. headquarters and a collaborative Toronto office

This role is based in Toronto with 3–4 days per week in office and includes recurring travel to the firm’s U.S. headquarters in Buffalo, typically either weekly or in periodic short visits aligned with project work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and administer enterprise accounting systems (Elite 3E preferred)
• Manage configurations, upgrades, integrations, and data integrity
• Support financial reporting and analytics tools
• Act as liaison between Accounting and IT
• Provide user support and coordinate with vendors
• Assist with system implementations and workflow improvements
