Manager of Artificial Intelligence

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agentic frameworks
• Build and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and backend platforms supporting AI applications
• Implement AI Ops and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, monitoring, and optimisation
• Collaborate with product, data, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to cloud and hybrid architecture design (AWS or similar platforms)
• Ensure adherence to risk, security, and governance frameworks
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design reviews, and mentor junior engineers
