Manager of Business Intelligence

SPS PoolCare is seeking a Manager of Business Intelligence in Austin, TX. This onsite position requires 4 days of the week with a choice of one remote day.

Job Overview

The Manager of Business Intelligence will build and maintain MS Power BI reports and dashboards. The role requires strong business analysis skills, business acumen to gather and define requirements, and technical expertise to create complex reports and dashboards from our MS Fabric data lake. Excellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Microsoft Power BI and other tools.
• Build and maintain data models and datasets that support data analysis and reporting.
• Work with business users and stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all data sources and reports.
