Manager of Clinical Practice (MCP)

Position Summary: MCPs are accountable for implementing effective management practices to promote professional and paraprofessional full scope of clinical practice, achieve excellence in the delivery of care and service to clients, and ensure compliance with internal, external standards of practice and provincial regulatory requirements.

Work Environment & Schedule

Community role: Daily visits to client homes to interact with clients, families and the Bayshore team. Minimal office hours. Monday to Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm, one in‑office day 10:00am – 6:00pm. On‑call rotation as required.
