This role, reporting directly to the Executive Director, involves implementing an individual giving strategy that prioritizes key growth areas such as monthly contributions and legacy gifts. You will work closely with various teams to align efforts and provide support and guidance on effective donor engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individual giving strategies to meet organizational goals
• Build and manage donor relationships for increased retention
• Strengthen the monthly donor program and execute giving campaigns
• Coordinate the annual Equality Breakfast and related fundraising events
• Maintain and manage WCL's donor database and engagement reports
