This L&D Manager role oversees a busy Women's Services unit within a large coastal Texas healthcare system. The position is a backfill, and leadership is focused on stability, staff support, and patient-centered outcomes.

Unit Details

• 19 Labor beds
• 5 OBED beds
• 3 Surgical suites
• Oversight of ~80 FTEs
• On-call coverage every 3rd week (phone support unless needed)

Required Experience

• 1+ year of recent L&D leadership experience (within the last year)
• ADN required; BSN preferred
• Active Texas RN license
