Shape cultural experiences at the Shuswap Band as the Manager of Language and Culture. Drive community engagement and incorporate traditional practices into initiatives.
As a pivotal member of the team, you will report to the Director of Heritage and Culture. This position is focused on understanding Indigenous protocols and communicating effectively for cultural programs. Your leadership will enhance community identity and promote awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee cultural programming and initiatives
• Engage the community in relevant cultural activities
• Ensure traditional practices inform organizational strategies
