In this role, you will structure and manage daily manufacturing activities according to procedures. This role involves hands-on leadership to improve business efficiency and execute strategic projects supporting North American Operations and Continuous Improvement goals.

Organize management structure and teams for efficient operations.

Oversee product manufacturing to meet performance and quality standards.

Review production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals are met.

Monitor production stations to address backlog and manpower needs, coordinating with supervisors for solutions.
