**Job Description Summary:**



As a Manager, IT Infrastructure with Rocket Software, you are part of a global, fast-paced IT organization with a primary mission to provide world class service to software development labs and internal departments ensuring our employees have access and communications system to perform as the highest level.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



· Manage the day-to-day responsibilities of the team including ticket queue management, project delivery, proactive planning & maintenance, as well as incident response & support.



· Provide leadership, coaching and support to all team members, including but not limited to recruitment, objective setting and review, performance reviews, career development and mentoring, resource scheduling and general administrative support.
