Manager of Preventative Facility Maintenance

Oversee the facility asset management and maintenance operations in a school environment. This one-year contract role involves extensive coordination and compliance oversight, requiring 37.5 hours weekly.
In this Facility Asset Manager position, you will be instrumental in ensuring effective maintenance planning and asset lifecycle management across multiple educational sites. Your role will include developing preventative programs and utilizing the CMMS for reporting and maintenance scheduling.
