Zen Residential Ltd. is seeking an experienced Manager of Procurement to lead our centralized procurement function. In this impactful role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful operating cost reductions of 8–15% across our portfolio, help build and grow a Preferred Vendor Program that supports additional revenue, and maintain excellent service quality while supporting the long‑term success of our residential communities.
