Role Overview

The Manager of Social Programs & Development is a senior leadership position responsible for advancing the mission through the management of social programs, community engagement, and fundraising. This role provides strategic vision and hands‑on leadership to deliver meaningful programs, cultivate donor relationships, and build partnerships that expand impact. The ideal candidate is an experienced nonprofit leader with a proven record in Jewish community service, outreach, and development, particularly within Russian‑Speaking communities.
