Manager of Strategic Pursuits - WSP

WSP is currently hiring a Strategic Pursuits Manager for our Transportation & Infrastructure business line. This internal-facing role emphasizes managing complex proposals and stakeholder engagements.
In this dynamic position, you will oversee the win cycle of major opportunities and connect with engineering partners, subconsultants, and designers to develop compelling proposals. You will enhance operational excellence by developing workflows and processes, while mentoring your team through the proposal development stage and internal bid management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead implementation of key strategic initiatives
• Coordinate capture strategies and develop win themes
• Track and ensure compliance with bid guidance
• Produce and manage proposal content and delivery schedules
• Facilitate meetings and workshops effectively
