Job Description
Scotia iTRADE seeks a committed Manager of Trading Services based in Toronto, Ontario, to lead customer-focused initiatives and empower teams. Oversee a high-performing team while enhancing customer experiences.
In this strategic role, you will coach and develop both Customer Service Representatives and CIRO licensed Investment Representatives. You’ll be responsible for setting individual performance objectives, proactively identifying training needs, and leading performance reviews. Your leadership will not only motivate staff but also ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach team members to improve service delivery
• Ensure adherence to Scotiabank policies and regulations
• Monitor performance and enact necessary improvements
• Facilitate team communication and training initiatives
• Act as first-level support for escalations and customer issues
Requirements:
