Manager, Off The Road (OTR)

This position will play a vital role in managing Off The Road (OTR) Tire business by managing people and executing OTR Tire operation and strategy related to the budget / Mid-Term Business Planning. The position manage and facilitate the OTR sales and marketing as well as technical matters to Group Companies(GCs), Distributor and Direct customers in more than ten countries as P&L responsible person in Regional Head Office (RHO). Key responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage Off-The-Road tire business for the markets under Bridgestone Asia Pacific Ltd. Manage Off-The-Road tire department and supervise its staffs and senior staffs as well as personals in group company who are not directly reporting Act as communication window for commercial and technical inquiries raised by customers, distributors in the region, BSCAP group companies or Bridgestone Japan.
