Manager (O&M Design)

What The Role Is We are looking for a Design Manager to be involved in the design review & advisory process of building projects from the Planning & Design stage. You will perform the role of Project Advisor from the inception of the project i.e. Master Planning stage until handover to our FM Operations and Maintenance team. You are also required to work closely with our Customers, Project Managers, Design Consultants and Contractors to embed the Technical, Planning and Design reviews of the project from functional, operational and maintenance Perspective.
