Manager – Online Programs

Naseeha Institute is seeking an experienced Online Programs Manager to lead and scale our digital learning initiatives. This role has full ownership of online programs, working closely with instructors, students, and internal teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences to a global audience.
Key Highlights:
End-to-end management of online courses and programs
Academic planning, scheduling, and instructor coordination
Oversight of LMS, live classes, and self-paced content
Focus on student experience, enrollment, and retention
Revenue, pricing, and financial performance management
Who Should Apply:
3+ years' experience in program management or online education
