Supports the business/group leader in the effective implementation, maintenance, and oversight of First Line of Defense (1st LOD) operational risk programs, ensuring business processes operate with strong risk discipline and in alignment with enterprise frameworks. Leads and coordinates activities that strengthen operational risk identification, assessment, mitigation, monitoring, and reporting across the business. Support in end-to-end issue management cycle. Drives a strong risk‑aware culture by working closely with first line partners and engaging second and third line functions to ensure operational risk issues, control gaps, and emerging risks are proactively surfaced and addressed. Oversees adherence to operational risk standards and procedures within the jurisdiction, promoting efficient and well‑controlled business operations.
