Manager Operational Risk

- Attend to internal customer queries and resolve them as per ORM framework
- Undertake quality review of risk registers
- Coordinate and participate in RCSA workshops
- Undertake quality review of Operational Risk events reported
- Monitor and follow-up on the actions required against Operational Risk Events
- Support the TPRM and NPPA process by liaising with the Product owner and internal stakeholders
- Monitor and follow-up on the issues and actions originating from the ORM programs including TPRM
- Manage the Tasks initiated by internal users through Prism
