Manager Operational Risk

Attend to internal customer queries and resolve them as per ORM framework

Undertake quality review of risk registers

Coordinate and participate in RCSA workshops

Undertake quality review of Operational Risk events reported

Monitor and follow-up on the actions required against Operational Risk Events

Support the TPRM and NPPA process by liaising with the Product owner and internal stakeholders

Monitor and follow-up on the issues and actions originating from the ORM programs including TPRM

Manage the Tasks initiated by internal users through Prism
