Manager Operational Risk

• Attend to internal customer queries and resolve them as per ORM framework
• Undertake quality review of risk registers
• Coordinate and participate in RCSA workshops
• Undertake quality review of Operational Risk events reported
• Monitor and follow-up on the actions required against Operational Risk Events
• Support the TPRM and NPPA process by liaising with the Product owner and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and follow-up on the issues and actions originating from the ORM programs including TPRM
• Manage the Tasks initiated by internal users through Prism

• Coordinate logistics for the operational risk training across the Bank
• Prepare and distribute operational risk reports to various internal stakeholders
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing of Prism enhancements and changes
