Manager, Operational Risk Quality Assurance and Methodology

What's the opportunity?

Act as the first line of defense for operational risk at RBC, assisting PB & CB business and functions in identifying and mitigating operational risk. Monitor adherence of PB & CB’s ORM practices to the enterprise ORM program, provide leaders with advice and subject‑matter expertise, support the ORM Governance team, and serve as a backup for team members when needed.

What will you do?

• Support development and maintenance of PB & CB’s operational risk management methodology documents on PPL.
• Produce quality assurance reports to monitor adherence of PB & CB’s ORM practices to the enterprise program using RBC AI tools.
• Review operational risk programs with directors for PB & CB business units to ensure compliance with requirements.
