About the Role:
As a Manager Operations, you'll drive campaign success, ensure service excellence, and foster a high-performance culture. You'll be leading teams, managing productivity, and upholding quality standards to deliver results that match our commitment to excellence.
What You'll Do:
Lead, motivate, and develop teams to meet and exceed operational goals.
Oversee campaign activities, performance metrics, and productivity.
Ensure service quality of at least 96% and optimal resource utilization.
Manage attendance, shift adherence, and retention (maximum 10% attrition).
Conduct coaching sessions and performance reviews to build capability and morale.
Prepare performance and quality reports for management.
What We're Looking For:
