The Manager Operations oversees the Debriefing functions to ensure accurate reconciliation of shipments across all courier operations, whether out for delivery, delivered, or undelivered. This role is critical in maintaining operational integrity by ensuring 100% day close of rider operations, validating shipment receipt and system updates, managing undelivered shipments through defined protocols, and proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving operational gaps to improve service quality and compliance.
