Manager Operations (Sales)
Responsible for overseeing inbound and outbound call center activities.
Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance with applicable policies and best practices.
Prepares and presents weekly and monthly sales reports to the Management.
Coach team members on the best ways to carry out their duties by transferring expert knowledge to them to boost their skills.
Experience working in multiple campaigns like Solar, Health insurance, DME, Final Expense & Medicare would be an added advantage.
Responsible for managing and motivating the customer sales representatives to work simultaneously with them to hit KPIs and metrics.
Identifying operational issues and suggesting possible improvements.
