Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Manager – Operations to lead sales administration, documentation, and post-sales processes for our Warehousing Project. The successful candidate will ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Rentals, and Customer Relations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

· Documentation & Contract Management: Oversee the end-to-end documentation process for Warehouse Sales and Rentals, including the preparation and management of Reservation Forms, Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), Addendums, and Payment Schedules.
