Overall, Scope:

Manager Operations will lead StormFiber's ODN operations, ensuring efficient fiber deployment, maintenance, service quality, and network availability. The role is responsible for team leadership, vendor management, KPI performance, and compliance with operational and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead ODN teams and vendors for fiber deployment and maintenance.

· Ensure 24/7 network operations with defined TAT and quality compliance.

· Coordinate with NOC, Field Operations, and Change Management teams.

· Monitor and improve KPIs, workflows, and operational efficiency.

· Oversee fiber asset management, documentation, splice plans, and as-built records.

· Manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets and verify vendor invoices.
