Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely fulfillment.
Manage all aspects of North American logistics, including transportation and outbound fulfillment.
Partner with Inventory and Procurement teams to balance inventory across locations.
Streamline routing and carrier selection to minimize freight costs and improve delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers, 3PLs, and warehouse partners.
Ensure compliance with all applicable logistics and safety regulations
Coordinate closely with customer service, production, and procurement teams to align inventory movement and order fulfillment with business needs.
Monitor and report on KPIs such as on-time delivery, freight costs, inventory turns, and order accuracy.
