Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated engineering support to the on-site leadership team for Challenger CL650 and CL3500 production lines
• Lead technical activities related to Liaison/MRB support and supplier quality investigations
• Support peers in technical matters, project engineering management, and site governance, including evening and weekend coverage
• Lead engineering teams and section chiefs in a matrix organization to support production line requirements
• Manage a team of technical engineers to address production escalations across all shifts
