Manager Operations Technology

**POSITION SUMMARY** : The Manager Operations Technology plays a critical role in managing the implementation and continuous improvement of fleet technology to improve operations and business benefits. The role focuses on coordinating the technological operations with the business needs of the program by ensuring compliance to internal organization standards. The incumbent supports a core and foundational component of the Company’s future- state roadmap and acts as a team leader to support efforts to integrate and execute our operational technology and process-based solutions.

**PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Leads coordination of program and product development. Leads and supports the pre-planning, deployment, and ongoing adoption of fleet technologies and processes to Republic’s field organization.
+ Oversees implementation & deployment of cutting edge fleet technology. Works to anticipate deployment issues and develop mitigation options.
