Manager, Operations Transformation PMO

The Manager, Operations Transformation PMO supports Canada Operations Excellence by driving financial rigor and governance across transformation initiatives and the augmentation program portfolio. The role ensures strong executive reporting, benefits realization, and KPI alignment through close partnership with Finance and business units, maintaining a consistent, enterprise‑ready view of program performance and supporting decision‑making on initiative viability and value delivery.

Position Responsibilities

• Own executive reporting cadence for transformation initiatives and augmentation programs, including bi‑weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Build and maintain benefits realization frameworks and financial tracking models across all major initiatives.
