As a manager, Partner Resources you are a strategic business partner and advocate to the vp, Roasteries (Milan, New York and Chicago Roasteries). You will also lead, develop and inspire a team of PRO Business Partners supporting the New York Roastery and Chicago Roastery. This position will also be a key PRO (HR) business partner to the team leading Brand and Cultural Leadership, including Pike Place Market.
