Manager - Partnership and Alliance

Primary Responsibility

• Partnership Growth: Identify potential FinTech/NBFC partners, initiate relationships with key stakeholders, and pitch Ratnaafin's value proposition.
• Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Ratnaafin’s product suite and articulate these solutions to partner management.
• Commercials & Approvals: Calculate returns (ROI) for proposed relationships, close commercials, and prepare formal proposals for committee approval.
• Documentation: Handle the end-to-end process of preparing Term Sheets, finalizing negotiations, and executing legal agreements.
• Implementation: Design SOPs and lead implementation meetings to ensure effective TAT (Turnaround Time) management.
