Manager, Payment

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor all activities involved in the IT purchases such as quotation, price negotiation, issuance of purchase order, invoice validation, payment request, contract management, and service/subscription/ maintenance renewal management.
• Verify cost and confirm accounting and tax treatment for new purchases, maintain costing history for reference, trend analysis, as well as update and verify IT cost related matter.
• Perform analysis of budget utilisation and actual cost for reporting to management and other external parties.
• Prepare, verify and analyse the cost comparison, as well as the terms and conditions of renewal for tabling to management approval.
• Prepare write-ups, minutes of meeting, briefing papers pertaining to purchase of IT equipment and systems.
