Manager, Payment

Responsibilities
Plan and monitor all activities involved in the IT purchases such as quotation, price negotiation, issuance of purchase order, invoice validation, payment request, contract management, and service/subscription/ maintenance renewal management.
Verify cost and confirm accounting and tax treatment for new purchases, maintain costing history for reference, trend analysis, as well as update and verify IT cost related matter.
Perform analysis of budget utilisation and actual cost for reporting to management and other external parties.
Prepare, verify and analyse the cost comparison, as well as the terms and conditions of renewal for tabling to management approval.
Prepare write-ups, minutes of meeting, briefing papers pertaining to purchase of IT equipment and systems.
Requirements
A recognised Degree with minimum 5 years' experience in accounting/ finance/ purchasing related field
