- Purpose of the Role
The People and Culture Officer is responsible for building, nurturing, and sustaining a high-performing, values-driven organizational culture. The role goes beyond traditional HR administration to focus on employee experience, performance management, learning and development, well-being, compliance, and the embedding of organizational values across all people processes.
The position ensures that people, systems, policies, and practices support EAMDA's mission, strategy, and growth, while remaining compliant with Kenyan labor laws and donor expectations.
