Manager - People and Culture

The Manager - People and Culture drives workforce strategy and employee experience across functions of MPCES. As a critical business partner, the role will lead talent acquisition, HRMS data architecture, payroll synchronization, performance evaluation systems, and Statutory Compliance and management.

1. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Strategy

• Workforce Planning : Architect annual manpower budgets and headcount plans alongside business stakeholders.
• Sourcing Management : Optimize internal and external sourcing channels to hit target numbers within budget.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment : Lead end-to-end talent acquisition (sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, negotiation, and offer rollouts).
• Pipeline Engineering : Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines ahead of scheduled Operational launch.
