Job Description

Lead as the Manager of People Business Partnering with Pursuit, supporting HR strategy and execution for Support Services functions. Engage in performance management and workforce development strategies.

This full-time role reports to the Senior Director of People and Talent, where you'll serve as the key HR partner for Directors and below. Focus on implementing effective change management and ensuring an inclusive employee experience while enjoying competitive incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary HR partner for Support Services teams
• Drive performance management and succession planning
• Guide workforce planning processes aligned with goals
• Facilitate talent reviews and coaching for leadership
• Execute People initiatives within Support Services

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; HR certification beneficial
• 7+ years in HR, including 3 in a partnering role
