Manager, People Consulting / Workforce Advisory - ERP Change Management - Toronto

We are seeking a Manager to join our Workforce Advisory – ERP Change and Transformation practice, with a strong focus on SAP-enabled transformations. In this role, you will lead change strategies that help organizations successfully deliver large-scale ERP programs, enabling adoption, workforce readiness, and sustainable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead ERP Change & Transformation Programs

• Lead the design and execution of comprehensive change management strategies for SAP implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives, transformation outcomes, and program milestones.
• Own and drive business readiness and adoption across the ERP project lifecycle, including impact assessments, readiness evaluations, communications, training, and adoption support key transformation milestones.
