Paladin Security is seeking a Manager of People and Culture to spearhead HR efforts. This strategic role focuses on talent development and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you will manage the regional people and culture team while leading initiatives in recruitment and employee engagement. Your impact will include promoting a positive corporate culture and ensuring compliance with governance in Alberta.
Key Responsibilities:
