The People Services Analytics & Strategic Planning team is seeking a Manager, People Services Data & Analytics to drive the evolution of people analytics at Cenovus. This role blends strategic vision with disciplined execution – translating complex workforce data into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making across Human Resources, Communications, Workplace & Real Estate, and senior leadership, including the Board of Directors.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Workforce Planning & Analytics, you will lead a high-performing analytics team while shaping the end-to-end people data strategy, from data architecture and modeling through visualization, storytelling, and executive reporting. Success in this role requires strong leadership, deep technical fluency, and the ability to uncover the “so what” behind the data to influence business outcomes.
