Manager, People Strategy

The incumbent of this role will partner with HR leaders to drive HR initiatives and special projects covering HR strategy & planning, organisational design, strategic workforce planning, competencies (leadership, technical, and functional) & career pathing framework to ensure continuous talent capability improvement and capacity sustainability for PMB.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Interpret and translate PMB business plans into medium- and long-term HR strategy, HR scorecard, HR budget planning, and HR risk monitoring to ensure alignment of human capital supply & demand to PMB's business demands.
2. Drive and manage the project management office for HR-wide strategic projects to monitor and drive cross-functional alignment during the execution of the intended HR strategic initiatives.
