Manager, People Technology

The Manager, People Technology (Systems and Analytics) is responsible for effectively managing the end‑to‑end People Systems and Analytics processes—from the creation of reports, dashboards, and guidelines to implementation and evaluation. The role oversees the organization's People Analytics and dashboarding tools to ensure efficient reporting, accurate data analysis, and actionable insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the People Analytics and dashboard processes, ensuring HR reports and dashboards are accurately developed and delivered.
• Build and manage project plans for People Analytics and dashboard integrations across all HR processes.
• Partner with the Senior HR Manager in designing and enhancing People Systems and Analytics solutions, reports, and dashboards to support continuous improvement and ease of reporting.
