Functional 
General Administration (e.g. raise Service Request Form (SRFs) to update parameters in LOAD$, to log incident ticket and service request to GITI for equipment or system issue / request, timely submission of payments to vendor & etc.)
Update of applications CCRIS status via CCRISB2B/ IVEST (due to batch file failure)
Prepare and review report for submission (Weekly Dashboard, Turnaround Time Report (TAT), Monthly Productivity Report, Daily Pending Applications Report, Daily Decisions Application Report, generate and analyze Exception Reports & etc.)
Handling Multiple Profile cases (retrieve CCRIS report and submit approved application to BNM CCRIS for profiles merging)
Loss Event Reporting (LER): timely approval and update of applications in the ORMIS system.
