Job Description

Provide leadership to assigned areas within the department in Pharmaceutical Care. Utilize performance improvement program and JCIA standards in planning, monitoring, and evaluating pharmacy services. Accountable for staff, services provided, and level of performance within assigned areas.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree in Pharmacy, or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree (non-North American approved program) from an accredited college of Pharmacy, or
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) Degree from a North American accredited program.
Holders of Bachelor's degree: Ten (10) years of experience in hospital pharmacy/relevant retail experience with at least four (4) years in a leadershiprole/position, or
